Privacy policy

Pre-launch draft — last updated July 2026

This covers the coming-soon site only. Once Nexa Market opens and starts collecting identity-verification information from buyers and sellers, we'll publish a full privacy policy describing exactly what's collected, why, how it's protected, and your rights over it — including under GDPR for visitors in the EU.

What we collect right now

Just the email address you submit through the "Notify me" form. That's it — this site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.

How it's used

To send you a single email when Nexa Market opens, and any launch-related updates before that. We don't sell or share your email with third parties.

Where it's stored

Email signups are processed through Formspree, our form-handling provider. You can review Formspree's own privacy policy for how they handle submitted data.

Your rights

Email nexamarketin@gmail.com at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have your email address deleted.

Looking ahead

Identity verification for buyers and sellers is a core part of Nexa Market, which means we'll be handling more sensitive personal data once the marketplace opens. That comes with a responsibility we're taking seriously — a complete privacy policy covering that data, built with proper legal review, will be in place before verification launches.
