About Nexa Market

A marketplace built on who you actually are, not just what you're selling.

Nexa Market exists so the businesses people build online — a SaaS product, a Shopify store, a YouTube channel, a domain someone's held onto for years — have a real, trustworthy place to change hands. Free to join, and identity-checked on both sides before a single deal happens.

Why we exist

Builders deserve a real exit.

Most of what gets built on the internet today — a small SaaS tool, an automation that saves someone ten hours a week, a niche newsletter, a Discord community — never gets a proper next chapter. It gets abandoned, or it gets sold in a DM thread to a stranger with no paper trail and no way to verify either side is real.

We think that's a gap worth closing. Nexa Market is built around one idea: buying or selling a digital business should feel as straightforward and safe as any other serious transaction — with a real listing, a real seller, and a real buyer on the other end.

Getting started

Free for buyers and sellers.

Creating an account on Nexa Market — as a buyer browsing listings or a seller putting one up — doesn't cost anything. There's no signup fee, no subscription required just to look around or list what you've built.

If we ever introduce optional paid features later on, we'll say so clearly before you'd pay for anything. Nothing hidden in fine print.

Trust & safety

Identity verification is mandatory.

Before a seller's listing goes live, they verify who they are. Before a buyer can message a seller or make an offer, they verify too. Neither side stays anonymous once real conversations about a real business start — that's the whole point.

We're building this the way a marketplace handling actual ownership transfers should be built: identity checks come first, deals come second. It won't stop every bad actor, no verification system anywhere does, but it removes the anonymity that most marketplace scams depend on, and it gives both sides a real person to hold accountable if something goes wrong.

Fees

Not finalized yet.

We haven't locked in our transaction or listing fee structure yet — we'd rather take the time to get it right than rush a number out before launch. When it's set, it'll be published here in plain terms, before it ever applies to you.

What's next

Eight markets now, more over time.

We're launching with eight markets: Digital Businesses, E-commerce, Social Media Assets, Domains, Digital Assets, AI, Startups, and Developer Assets. That covers most of what people are already building and trading online.

Categories with more legal or operational weight — physical businesses, franchises, real estate, and similar — aren't part of Nexa Market yet. We'd rather earn trust in digital-first categories first, then expand deliberately, than take on that complexity before we're ready.
